Our philosophy on wines
is pretty simple–value at every price point.
In order to deliver the best wine for the money, we
comparatively taste wines, frequently.
We have tasted 100s of wines along the way and continue to
evaluate out list, ever seeking better value and the next “great
find”.
Populated with some
great classics and many exceptional lesser-known wines, diners will
be able to quickly find a bottle to fit their tastes.
Because our wines are chosen by both our wine manager and
executive chef, we can promise that they have each been carefully
selected to pair with our food, too.
As wine is an
agricultural product, and because we seek products from smaller
producers, pricing and availability are subject to frequent change.
Our constant quest is also a great way to find true gems that the
mainstream might overlook -- and that is always an exciting event.
Below is a sampling of
our list of bottle wines. We
also offer up to 14 revolving selections by the glass, Ports and
Madeiras and nightly by the glass specials.
WHAT DO THE
ASTERISKS MEAN?
Selections marked with an asterisk (*) are wines that we believe
deliver an exceptional representation of the grape variety and a
superior value. We continually taste wines and seek out the very
best values to be found - which aren’t always the most
recognized labels. Feel free to ask us about a bottle
selection that piques your interest.
